My online dealing with you is good However , I am not impressed with your courier CanPar. I would suggest you find someone new . Their tracking system told me I was suppose to get the parcel by end of the day yesterday and I have received nothing . I went online to find out where it is and all they say is that maybe today or tomorrow and yet their system says it is being held in Nanaimo?rnI looked them up online and they seem to have consistent BAD reviews rnI am now wondering where the parcel really is ? I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
