I am thrilled with my two frames (with liners) for a variety of reasons: (1) Website was very well organized and easy to use. (I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. While it took a couple of weeks to receive the frames and they are a tad pricey, I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

My first order with USA On Canvas. It was worth the wait - large format print on metallic paper that was mounted on a wooden block with a resin coating. The effect is so realistic you feel you can reach out and touch the image as if you are in the photo. Price is the best on the web and the shipping was free. It was packed very well. I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back. You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience. KEENART NOTE: please note rush order process is different than shipping method, you asked for free Ground shipping only, we are sorry you missed your deadline.
